The narrow brush is ideal for most manicures. The dust and debris produced during routine cuticle processing is typically minimal, particularly for clients who receive regular treatments. Its compact fibres are highly efficient at removing fine particles, allowing for a precise and controlled manicure.

The wide brush is especially effective for clients with drier, hyperkeratotic, or more adherent cuticles, where processing may generate a greater volume of dust and debris. Having both narrow and wide brushes available allows for a more prescriptive manicure, enabling you to select the appropriate brush for each client’s cuticle type.

Both widths are designed for outstanding comfort. Once correctly fitted to the finger, the brush moves intuitively with your hand, allowing for effortless manoeuvring throughout the service.

Our brushes can be worn on either the ring or little finger, with some professionals preferring the middle finger. There is no single correct position. The right choice is the finger that feels most natural alongside your individual manicure technique.

Before measuring your finger and placing your order, we recommend spending some time observing your hand as you manicure. Consider how you hold your e-file and other tools and how you naturally stabilise your hand.

Try each position, using a natural brushing motion with the brush sitting at the midpoint of your ring, little and, if preferred, middle finger. The ideal position should allow you to move naturally between your tools and the brush without adjusting your usual grip or technique.

Once you have found the finger that feels most intuitive, measure this finger for your brush fit.

When worn, position the brush at the midpoint of your finger, with the fibres facing towards the area of the nail you are treating for optimal control and comfort.

Our signature fibre insert are autoclave compatible. Autoclave using a wrapped cycle only. Avoid unwrapped, fast, or dry cycles. Always refer to the manufacturer’s guidelines when autoclaving different materials, this is standardised at 121°C (250°F) for plastics. The specified autoclave settings for plastics apply only to our brush fibres, not to their handles.

The lifespan of our fibre inserts is largely influenced by their usage and maintenance. When cleaned in accordance with our product care advice, the fibre inserts retain their durability over time. Due to the more intensive nature of autoclaves, fibres subjected to this process may need more regular replacement.

Observe your fibre inserts and compare them with an unused insert to identify any signs of wear and determine when replacement is needed.

Brush Care

Brushes should not be replaced according to a set schedule per se, but they should be routinely inspected.

Evidence of material wear over time may impair the ability to adequately clean and disinfect the tool. Any brush showing signs of structural compromise, damage, or deterioration should be removed from service.

With appropriate care and correct disinfection practices, our brushes are designed for durability and can remain in service for a long time.
