At Manicure Project, we are dedicated to delivering products engineered to last. We stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our brushes, offering a 12-month warranty on them for your peace of mind.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship of our brush handles for 12 months from the original purchase date and is valid for purchases from our new product line only. If a product is found to be defective due to material or manufacturing faults under normal and intended use, we will repair it where possible or replace it at no additional cost.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required to process any warranty claim.

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, improper handling, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear. Specifically, it excludes:

2.1 Damage caused by exposure to acetone, bleach, or similar chemicals that are known to degrade materials.

2.2 Damage resulting from consecutive use of detergents and/or disinfectants without thoroughly rinsing the product with clean running water between applications.

2.3 Damage caused by combining chemical disinfectants or solutions in any way, including but not limited to cross-contamination.

2.4 Damage caused by improper disinfection practices, such as failing to remove chemical residues, submerging the product beyond recommended exposure times, using disinfection methods not explicitly approved for the product, or failing to allow the product to thoroughly air dry after the final rinse with water post-disinfection.

2.5 General wear and tear, including gradual material degradation over time due to regular use, which does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

2.6 Damage resulting from intentional alteration, modification, or repair attempts by any unauthorised party.

2.7 Issues arising from storage in extreme temperatures, humidity, or prolonged direct sunlight, which may affect material integrity.

2.8 Any product purchased from a seller other than directly through Manicure Project.

To submit a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide:

3.1 Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

3.2 A detailed description of the defect, including photos or videos when applicable.

3.3 A return of the defective item if requested for inspection.

Warranty claims must be submitted via email at info@manicureproject.com. Upon approval, we will either offer to repair it or issue a replacement. If the exact product is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer a substitute of equivalent value.

For customers outside of the United Kingdom:

4.1 International warranty claims follow the same 12-month coverage period and eligibility requirements.

4.2 The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning defective items and for the delivery of repaired items or replacements.

4.3 Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These are the customer's responsibility.

4.4 We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international shipping disruptions.

This warranty is limited to product repair or replacement only and does not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Manicure Project is not responsible for any costs associated with downtime, loss of income, or inconvenience caused by a defective product.

6.1 Manicure Project reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time. Any claims submitted before a policy change will be honored under the terms in place at the time of purchase.

6.2 The granting of warranty service does not extend or renew the original warranty period. Replacements provided under warranty maintain the original warranty timeline from the date of the initial purchase.
