SHIPPING POLICY
At Manicure Project, we are committed to delivering your products in a secure and timely manner. Below is our shipping policy to ensure a smooth experience from purchase to delivery.
1. PROCESSING TIME
1.1 All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
1.2 Orders placed during our launch or notice periods may be subject to longer processing times.
2. SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMES
2.1 United Kingdom
2.1.1 Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3 (estimated delivery: 3-5 business days).
2.1.2 Royal Mail Tracked 24: £5 (estimated delivery: 1-2 business days).
2.2 International Shipping
2.2.1 Royal Mail International Tracked: Costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
2.2.2 Delivery times may be affected by customs processing.
2.2.3 Any applicable customs fees or import taxes are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
2.2.4 If customs clearance is refused the order may be returned to us at your expense or disposed of by local customs, depending on their policies.
2.2.5 If shipping is unavailable in your country, please contact us directly at info@manicureproject.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
3. ORDER TRACKING
3.1 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
3.2 If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact info@manicureproject.com.
3.3 You can track your shipment via the courier’s website.
4. ADDRESS ACCURACY
4.1 Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
4.2 If you provide an incorrect address and notify us before dispatch, we may be able to update it. However, if the order has already been dispatched, we cannot redirect the parcel. If the parcel has been delivered to an incorrect address, we are unable to arrange redelivery.
5. LOST OR MISSING SHIPMENTS
5.1 If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, or you suspect a delivery issue, contact us at info@manicureproject.com.
5.2 Once an item is marked as delivered by the courier to the correct address, we are no longer responsible for the parcel. In such cases, we recommend contacting the courier directly.
5.3 If a parcel is left in a designated safe place, with a neighbor, or at a third-party collection point per your request, we are not liable if the item is lost or misplaced.
5.4 We cannot be held accountable for courier delays once a package is in transit.
5.5 If tracking information shows that the parcel is still in transit, we require a 30-day waiting period from the order date before we can process a replacement.
