RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14-day return period, giving you 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

1.1 Unworn, unused, and in its original sealed packaging with the seal fully intact.

1.2 Must be in the same condition as received with no signs of use or tampering.

1.3 Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To request a return, contact us at info@manicureproject.com. Upon approval, we will provide:

2.1 A return shipping label.

2.2 Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

3. EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

4. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

For orders placed within the United Kingdom, the following apply:

4.1 Any additional paid shipping upgrades are non-refundable.

4.2 Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

For orders placed outside the United Kingdom, the following apply:

4.3 Any additional paid shipping upgrades are non-refundable.

4.4 Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs on international orders. We recommend using a tracked service.

4.5 Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees incurred are the customer’s responsibility.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@manicureproject.com.

5. DAMAGES OR ORDER ISSUES

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact an advisor for support at info@manicureproject.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

5.1 If the outer packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend opening the package in the presence of the courier to verify the condition of the products.

5.2 If your order arrives damaged due to the courier, we will replace the products, provided that:

5.2.1 You notify us in writing within 48 hours of the actual delivery date.

5.2.2 You provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

5.2.3 You retain all original packaging, including protective covers and boxes, and provide photographic evidence of the damage.

5.3 If a product has a manufacturing defect that was not immediately visible upon delivery, you may still be eligible for a repair or replacement. Please read our Warranty for further details.

5.4 If tracking information shows that the parcel is still in transit, we require a 30-day waiting period from the order date before we can process a replacement.

7. CANCELLATIONS

As order processing starts immediately after an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations.
